Chalet Chopped Garden Salad

  Serves 8-12

Chop and combine approximately one cup of each.

Cabbage

Broccoli

Carrots

Red, orange or yellow pepper

Kale

Cauliflower

Squash

Onion

Make a dressing by combining the following.

1/2 cup veganese

1/2 cup Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon, of course!!!)

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon chopped celery seed

1 bunch cilantro - gently sliced or torn

If dressing does not provide enough coating for the salad, increase veganese, mustard and vinegar by 1/4 cup increments to desired taste.

Pour dressing over the chopped ingredients and combine.

This salad will keep for 5-7 days.  Perfect to feed a large gathering or store in a large container with a secure lid and enjoy all week!!!
